Mercedes app not connecting to car

Hello, I'm new to mercedes so Im very unfamiliar with everything mercedes.
I have a 2015 GLA 220 CDI 4MATIC AMG Line
I'm trying to connect the app to the car but I don't see why it isn't connecting hope someone could help.
I will upload photos of the app.
