Hi, Can someone inform me as to how to reset the electronic park brake on the 2022 up models.

There has been plenty threads instructing to depress the 'telphone' button and 'OK' button, but, on the new steering wheel the 'OK' button is not there.

Perhaps the sequence has changed.

Please let me know.

Cheers,
Mark

Set the dash to indicate total miles. Make sure doors are shut and windows closed. Put the igniting into the on position but don't press the brake ... leave the motor off. Press and hold the Call button on the right side of the steering wheel immediately followed by the Enter (back up arrow) on the left side of the steering wheel. Use the down arrow button to get to the Assyst line. Press enter (back up arrow). Go to the line to release the brake. Press enter (back up arrow) and wait for the brake release motors to stop operating. Pull the sensor off of the right side caliper. Remove the calipers to replace the pads. You may need to push the discs into the calipers to fit them back onto the rotor. Replace the sensor. Then go back to the driver's seat and press enter (back up arrow) to complete the setting. Wait for the motors to stop and the display to notify you.

Note ... I just changed brakes on a neighbor's C43. She had two different Assyst menus. I'm not sure how we finally got to the right one (I had her pushing the buttons). Be patient and be ready to experiment.
Hi Wayne, Thank you very much. I have attached an image of the RHD butons layout.
Can you please re-phrase to suit the RHD buttons.

Cheers,
Mark

Looks like your call button is on the lower left of the left control and the Enter is directly above that. You might find more information on Google as well, since it seems different years and different models may vary. But it is critical that you get to the Assyst menu. If you don't drive the brake pads off the rotor you won't be able to get the new pads on. And if you push the pistons in without driving the parking brake to full off you will break the mechanism.
Thank you, once more.
Yes, will give it a go and see if successful.
Unfortunately, nothing on Google for the newer models.
Maybe someone out there might throw a bit of light on it.

Well, gave that a shot, but, unfortunately did that sequence did not activate any additional screens.

By scrolling RHS window managed to get 'Service' screen then scrolled and 'Assyst menu' came-up, but, by selecting Assyst menu led to only one line of info being when the next service was due.

Maybe someone might have a MB mechanic that can help-out.

Cheers
