I just thought of sharing my experiences after going from stock to Rebellion tuning box S1V2 and then to Renntech ECU flash + Nortech air intake.
I have had the Rebellion box for almost 1 year and I have to say that it made a really good difference to the stock one. I have not noticed any inconsistency as others in the forum have said, at least my butt dyno hasn't noticed any. It offered a great deal of power after 2800rpm but the throttle response remained as stock which was quite a negative for me.

So I decided to take the next step and get the Renntech ECU flash first. The difference to the box as others have said is REALLY obvious. The throttle response is much better and most important the car pulls relentlessly from 2800rpm and upwards to the limiter in all gears. Certainly better drivability and in combination with the better throttle response the car is now a really enjoyable toy and feels like a real beast after the turbo has engaged up to the limiter. I noticed also a slight more whistle when lifting off the throttle in comparison to the box.

Next step was a nortech air intake which was easy to install. I was surprised to notice even better throttle response in the whole rpm range, even more intake noise, especially lifting off throttle and maybe some extra horsepower. Difficult though to notice 10 extra hp when you are near the 420 mark! As a whole now the car is totally transformed from the box and a whole league better than the stock. Trying to find excuses the whole time to go out and drive this thing :) As a bonus you take a 290km/h limiter with the Rennetch flash that I do not think I will ever check it but it is good to have anyway!

So for anyone wondering what to do to improve the car, stop wondering and take an ECU flash. Guaranteed love :)

I did it via Renntech Germany as I live in Sweden. It cost me 1200 euro incl shipping back to me and yes I had to ship the ECU. It was sent back to me the next day.

Wow that's some performance.

Does the flash void any warranty ?

... and what does the engine rev to for each gear max 7 - 8,000 ?
