You may have to spend more than $76, to get a functional Xentry rig.
as far as the cryptic way that these people announce what they have for sale:
The genuine Xentry is upwards of $20,000 and then comes the monthly Mercedes subscription which is in the thousands. The upside is that you have reprogramming functionality.
the rest of the Xentry market are clones.

unless these people came up with a new way to circumvent the strict hardware requirements, that a clone has to adhere to (hence the 10 years old lap tops and old OS they come with), their stuff won’t work.
Now, it’s not just purchasing the cheapest item out there that advertises possible Xentry functionality.
it’s about buying a rig that the vendor will support at the difficult time when you try to pair it with your car, with no training on how to make the car like the multiplexer and the lap top.
If you want to skip some of the trial and upsetting error, go to some of the more known vendors and follow their advice. They will sell an array of things but will hint at which ones actually work. As usual, they’re not the cheapest in the inventory.
