Having an issue with my wife’s 68 plate GLA windscreen washers and wondered if anyone can help please.
When pressing the button on the stalk, the wipers activate, but no fluid is sprayed.
The rear screen works fine; when toggling the wiper switch to spray. Washer fluid is sprayed.
I’ve checked and can’t see a fuse allocated to the washers, which is odd?
When using the rear, I can hear the pump running clearly.
When using the front, the pump cannot be heard.
I’m assuming there’s only one pump for front and rear, so ruling pump out as an issue.
As the wipers come on when the switch is pressed, I’m ruling out the switch as faulty.
I guess I’m left with a blocked line? But before I do dismantling everything, I wondered if anyone had any ideas?
