The dealership charged me 140 for all the updates.they at leave the car updating overnight.

Hello everybody. It's an old post, but I'm having a similar problem. I accidentally turned on "SHIPMENT MODE" in my 2016 GLA 200. I finally managed to turn it off somehow. But all the menus of the vehicle became B200. I partially restored the gla 200 settings with the help of the engineering menu. but i still have sound problem in bluetooth phone call. I do not have a problem while listening to music, but there is no sound during phone calls. Can we solve this using the "engineering menu"? Or do I have to do a software update at the service?
