Some services on my GLA 200d (Dec, 2017) expired in November and I purchased new services. Unfortunately, the 2G network that Mercedes Me used in the past is no longer available (in Switzerland) and the range of services previously available has been reduced. However, I still purchased 12 months to see how the reduced services run. Since the purchase in November I have not been able to activate services (iPhone 7 with IOS 15.2 (latest Apple update as of writing this)). When I check the Vehicle Status it informs me that the "Power Supply on Vehicle remote control deactivated". This has been the status for the last 15+ days and needless to say, the power is not turned on.
I have de-installed/installed the app over 5 times (rebooting in between) and the same results. The phone number provided to contact MB does not work as the automated voice response keeps looping and the input options are ignored, even with # after the option. Apart from that fact phone responds in German, which I can't speak, and my language options in the past have been French and English. However, I can determine the option for "Mercedes Me". irrespective of the language LOL ;0)
Has anyone had this problem previously and had a resolution of the issue?
