I see that you're not in the USA, so this probably won't work for you, but this is what it says on the website for support for MBUSA: "To obtain your radio code, please contact our Customer Assistance Center at 1-800-367-6372 (1-800-222-0100), and have your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) handy. " Apparently, they will verify that you are indeed the owner of record for the car and then will give you the code. This is assuming your radio is factory-original. If your radio came out of a different car, you'd probably need the serial number off the back of the radio (which is a PITA to get out of the dash).
Forgive me for asking the obvious, but did you go through your owners manual for the car and for the radio in case the code is somewhere there? It seems like the type of thing that would be noted there. Or, at least it will be after you get it an write it in the manual for the next time this happens!
