With the winter quickly sneaking upon us all, I was wondering if anyone has driven their GLA in the snow yet.

Not quite sure if the off-road drive program (button to the right of the driver heated seat button) makes the car grip better when driving in snow conditions at very slow speeds.

Apparently, the manual says "Do not use the off-road program on roads that are snow-covered or icy"! :)

I got mine in November of last year and drove it through Bostons brutal winter. I didn't use off-road mide, but with 4matic it performed quite well in the snow.

Did you go with a designated winter set-up or the tires that are equipped with car ?
I also live in Boston, but I have always used a set of Blizzaks for the winter.
The dealer tells me that the tires on the GLA should be enough, but not sure.

All seasons are not winter tires. Check out Tire Rack's video comparing stopping distances for different tires.
