After a grueling 13,511 interviews with car owners of 27 different brands, the JD Power Customer Satisfaction survey has ranked Mercedes-Benz 4th overall in the UK. This is a personal best for the company.

The survey measures many things: value for money, staff behavior, efficiency of the booking process... It is considered the most detailed survey of its kind.

So this comes as good news to Benz enthusiasts. You will likely be satisfied if you go to a Benz dealership and buy yourself a nice new Mercedes.

Good to hear that Mercedes-Benz is treating its customers well. Doesn't surprise me that Mercedes is sitting high on the list though. It is definitely worse to be at the bottom of this list than the benefit for those at the top.

In other words, the last few companies on this list are surely affected by their bad customer service, but the top companies are over a threshold. once past this threshold there is little change in sales or brand rep because things are "good enough."
