Mercedes-Benz GLA market launch campaign named "Always Restless"

Mercedes-Benz unveiled its plans for the GLA's market launch campaign called "Always Restless". I'm not sure I want a car that is always restless -- I like to feel relaxed at least some of the time.



The campaign will take place mainly online and will have users navigate through an interactive story looking for the main character's lost memories, all the while driving through the desert in a GLA. I'd say its 90% stereotypical car commercial and 10% innovative.

During the experience users will be able to ask for a brochure, call for information, configure their own GLA, and check for the nearest dealer as well.

The market launch will go online on March 15th.

these campaigns are always strange as heck

want to spend money on a campaign that works? let people test drive the car... let people see the car. bring the car to malls. bring the car to busy locations and let people play with it.

They are but it's better than creating the usual that people have been used to for a while, keep it different.

most people dont even know what the car is yet or havent seen one

for one - let people sit in it at the local auto shows this year.

ship the dam thing all over the world and put it in public places

I bet even some dealers don't know either.
Walk in, ask them about the GLA, they'll probably think you mean CLA. and then think you're on drugs when you talk about the specifics of this .

well they dont have them in the dealer lots yet

at the auto show they didnt even let anyone get in. it was blocked off
