Mercedes-Benz is set to reveal the GLA at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show. The last good look we got at the GLA was at the Shanghai Motor Show earlier in the year when the GLA Concept was unveiled.

That means we only have a little over a month to wait before we can see the GLA in all its glory. I wonder how it will stack up to its competitors...

do you know if they will be bringing a production ready GLA or another closer to production concept? I really want to get a good look at the interior, maybe even some interior dimensions. My kids all play hockey, so many nights a week the truck is piled high with the boys gear and mine underneath. Just want to make sure we'll all be comfy.

I am pretty certain that this will be a production ready GLA. So you should be able to get all the detail you need after the reveal, barring an actual test drive of the vehicle.

yea obviously, Im just hoping for some preliminary info so i can decide if the GLA is even worth a test drive.

keep in mind it's loosely based off of the CLA, so that should already give you a good idea of what to expect, it's worth a test drive!

I've heard the CLA isnt so hot, especially driving wise. Although I'm sure the GLA wont have as stiff a suspension as the CLA so that should help improve ride quality..

I heard different, reviewers love it, all models....the CLA 250 up to the 45 AMG. A softer suspension is obvious, it is a crossover after all. Rich soccer mom's will need to ride in comfort.

Yea ive seen reviews oggle its styling and performance but everyone ive seen rags on the rough ride even in the base CLA 200. Rich soccer moms will still have thier GLKs and MLs. I think the GLA will attract more single clientele, those who need a CUV because they feel adventurous. And by adventurous i mean they drive up to a friends cottage every now and then ;)
It will be interesting to see if the driving experience is better than the CLA because I have heard lackluster reviews of the CLA on this point. The car looks great, and I'm sure it will have great features and options. The other thing I heard about the CLA was that the back seat is a little cramped, but that shouldn't be a problem on the GLA since its bigger.
