Just came across a release on PR newswire, the GLA will be seeing itself launched on October 3rd, at least in the Kansas City area.

Set to be held on Friday, October 3, 2014 in Kansas City, Aristocrat Motors and Mercedes-Benz of Kansas City, MO have booked one of the downtown Kansas City's premier venues, the Crossroads district at First Fridays. The Mercedes-Benz C-Class and GLA Launch Event is poised to be a night of automotive bliss and excitement that will extend from Wyandotte Street between 18th and 20th Street, right in the middle of the gallery district.

From 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. all interested Mercedes-Benz and luxury automotive fans are invited to browse the district, enjoy drinks from Snow and Company and look at these two new additions to the Mercedes-Benz family.
Of course this has no bearing on the rest of the country but would ostensibly indicate that the GLA rollouts will be starting shortly, regardless of where you are (Ok Europe stop laughing at us) get ready... ;)

My dealer in Tampa FL received a grey one with black interior. We test drove on Saturday and looks nice inside, even thought looks small from the outside. They are guestimating to have 14 of them starting September 23rd.

Nice, thanks for posting that. I was expecting more models and not as little as 14. I wouldn't be surprised if they end up getting more in that batch.
He told me that they are getting 14 and 2 Edition 1, which I have a deposit for.
