Apologies if this is floating out there, I did do some browsing but couldn't find exactly what I was asking.

I have a 2018 GLA45 with the AMG Exhaust. I've found a few aftermarket options for a heartier tone but was a little curious after looking under the car for a minute. Originally, I just wanted an axle back to remove the muffler/valves. However it doesn't appear that I can do this without chopping the muffler off. So then I decided to look again under the car and sort of realized that the exhaust itself appears to be one whole pipe. Is that accurate? There's no connections other than to downpipe?

Am I able to remove at the downpipe easily and just pull the front, center, and y pipe off as "one" pipe and then just replace with a full catback? or will I still have to chop away from the downpipe connection?
