No, a compact spare (aka donut tire) tire is designed for a specific narrow rim (4-4 1/5" width) which you would have to find. The offsets and lug pattern for the rim would of course have to work on the GLA.
An alternative would be a Continental ContiComfortKit. There is no guarentee that the sealant would NOT damage the TPS so you are taking a chance on that area
