A and B are known per the Owner's Manual. My 2017 uses different terms based on numbers. My MB service department was baffled as was the AMG group in Germany. The factory in Sindelfingen was at a loss as well. Sometimes the software engineers fail to talk with others!!!

So I fall back on the A and B list and track my own service needs in a table I made up that includes a column for the specific service, a column for how often, another column for date and miles when done, and a final column for next due.

There are a number of different dashboard keystrokes that may or may not work to reset the service reminder. In general the steering wheel dash has to be showing total miles driven before you switch the key to on, and all doors and windows must be fully closed and remain closed mercedes b4 service checklist.
