From the codes, looks like you drive a diesel.

I would start off with the comms issue first (U code). Find and indy that is good with diagnosing CAN issues. Hopefully that would also clear up P263797. Hope it is not the TCM itself. Comms issues can cause all kinds of wierd stuff.

Next I would diagnose (and perhaps replace) both the flaps. Check for actuation, and clean contacts well.

Last thing on the list would be to get a software reflash and recode to fix B15A100.

P13C204 The exhaust gas flap has a malfunction. There is an internal fault.
P13C298 The exhaust flap has a malfunction. The component or the system has overtemperature.
P044B28 EGR low pressure differential.
U0402xx Invalid Data Received from TCM.
P263797 Another TCM code torque calculation of the control unit has malfunction.
B15A100 centre console in reboot cycle.
