They are about 1 mile above sea level so the air is thinner and the engine isn't running in it's maximum capabilities so as an estimation subtract about a second (more or less) for true time of those runs.
At least for most folks that own these, those numbers act as a good reference point, not much will care for squeezing out ever millisecond they can anyways, it's all about it being fast enough.
